COMORAL DSP is intended for degreasing metallic parts, aluminium alloys, steel, stainless steel or cast iron. COMORAL DSP has exceptional properties.
It is the reference product for mechanical industries. COMORAL DSP is a passivating-neutralizing agent. Its passivating properties on metals restore tanks and circulation pipes after scale removal (COMOROX DTL).
- SAFETY: COMORAL DSP is free from nitrites (toxic) soda, potash (corrosive), solvents (flammable). Effluent discharge is made easier.
- SAVING: COMORAL DSP can be used at low temperature (30 to 50° C) low concentration (2 to 4 % on average). It protects parts stored under cover without requiring any subsequent treatment or rinsing.
- QUALITY: COMORAL DSP is biodegradable. It is completely miscible with water. It contains surfactants necessary for optimum degreasing. It can be used safely before and after heat treatment.
- EASY TO USE: COMORAL DSP is a low foaming product. 2 to 5 minutes contact time is necessary to obtain a good result. The salting-out power of oils gives easy cleaning of trays and machine tanks ; the bath can be easily controlled by a quick dosage.
